the visit will definitely take 30 minutes (10-10:30) and then depending on student interest, it can be extended into the homeroom hour (10:30-11:25am).

Whenever we don't have students interested in a more in-depth meeting/presentation, I like to get some information from the representatives to pass on to students in the future.
